PURPOSE :

It is formulated for painting exterior wall and ceiling, including brick work, cement plaster, concrete, GRC Panel, etc.

HOW TO USE :

• For the first layer, dilute 20 - 30% with clean water
• For the second and subsequent layers 10% - 20%

For new wall made of cement or concrete stucco :

1. The surface of the wall must be completely dry. Water content has reached 14-18% and the alkaline is below pH 9
2. Clean from dirt, dust, oil and salts
3. Wash with 10-15% chloride acid solution and then rinse with clean water.
4. If necessary, rinse again with 10-15% chlorine solution to remove mold or mildew. After the surface is dry, add 1 layer of Wall Sealer or alkali resisting primer.

For wall that has been painted :

1. If the stickiness of old paint is still good, clean it from dirt, dust and oil. If necessary use a detergent solution and then rinse with water until clean.
2. If it has been moldy or mossy, wash with 10 - 15% chlorine, then rinse with clean water and after it is dry give Fungicidal solution.
3. If the old coat of paint has been peeled off, it should be scraped to the bottom of the wall. Wash the surface of the wall with clean water and then dry.
