RJ Roof-Sealer is high quality acrylic emulsion water proof coating with excellent elasticity to protect cracking, leaking, fungus, oxidation and other surface deterioration. It provides long durability protection and resistance against weather, ultra violet nd chemicals.

Ideal Use:
RJ Roof-Sealer is general purposes water proof coating and sealing, suitable for old and new wall or surface, roof, concrete, tiles, asbestos, cement, zinc plate, wood, etc. It's recommended for city and urban housing, marine and industrial environment.


Application

1. All surface must be clean and dry, free from dust, grease, fungus and other dirt
2. Brush, roll or spray Roof-Sealer on prepared surface. if Roof-Sealer os too thick, add clean water and stir well. Apply prime coating for the first layer.
3. After touch dry, apply second layer by crossing. if the application work delayed and the surface become dirty and oily, clean the surface again with water or watery soap. After the surface dries, continue the application
